Yall I hate going through break ups it the worse, but I healing yall and I will come out stronger in the end! In todays vlog though I did a little retail therapy at Homegoods and purchased some much needed items that definitely made me fill better. I had a nice little brunch at home before work and i'm a new plant mom you guys, how am I going to keep these plants alive when Im barely keeping myself alive lol. Thank you love !!!! My main things I’ve been doing is just drinking plenty of water, I usually eat a pescatarian diet so I stay away from dairy products as much as possible. I take biotin gummies though, to help with hair, skin and nails.
